Establishment of NPO

I want to start a NPO under sec 8 of Companies Act 2013. Objective is to provide quality education for free or at reasonable costs to all. However we need some experience before registration. Can I start free online classes through website and YouTube channel (using the company name in my mind) without registration ? Only free videos. No money collection.

A.our law channel "Complete Law Shield" on youtube is there which is also not registered.
After success and charging fees you can register NPO.

A.Hi,
You can start a free youtube channel and a website without any prior registration. You do not require any registration for the same. If wish to start a NPO under Sec. 8, then only you have to mandatorily register the same.
