Nuisance by neighbour Nuisance by neighbour

The neighbour next to my shop ties his goat at exactly nxt to boundary of my shop ( Shops are at main road ) and basically its an footpath area in which he has created a cement like ramp and keeps it exactly next to the boundary of my shop

And the goat makes so much nuisance and due to the dirtyness thr environment smells a lot like a hell lot of trouble , we cant even sit outside otherwise in 2mins we get suffocated and get a headache.

When i asked to remove his goat from there, then he started arguing and harrasing.

Please advice what to do , should i complain to bmc and under which section a case shall be booked?

A.Tie a dog on your boundary next to goat.
The Dog will take care of goat and problem.

You can complaint to BMC for illegal occupation of footpath so they will come and break the ramp.

Is Calling Police an Option?
Yes, calling a police if your neighbor harasses you is an option to go with. You have the option to call the police by just dialing the police number 100 and police will come to the place mentioned by you in the phone call. They will come to the spot and ask you the problem and then will take the action against them. And, when they will reach the spot you should be having sufficient proof to prove the harassment by neighbors.

A.Try and resolve the matter with him by talking to him and seek the help of other neighbours and elders around you for this. Once you complain to any one things may go out of hand it can turn to be murkier and living with a fighting neigbour along with goats will be more suffocating.
Nevertheless if he is too thick skinned ans thinks himself as if he owns the place is not ready to listen and talk then complain to the municipality.

A.Hi,
The best course of action would be to try resolving the issue with the owner of the goat by letting him know about the situation and issue in a peaceful and non-confrontational manner. The speedy and best resolution of the dispute is through amicable means only. If this doesn't work out, you can approach the local civic bodies and file a complain against the owner. If this also doesn't work out, you can approach the court for a suit of nuisance against the owner and claim fine and damages.

A.Hi,
The best option for addressing the issue is is to talk to the neighbor responsible for the offending animal in a non-confrontational manner. The chances are that they are not aware of how much of a problem their pet is causing. If this doesn't work out, you can complain with the municipal body or the regional animal wlefare committee. If repeated complaints to the local animal control authorities do not solve the problem, then you may want to consider filing a nuisance lawsuit in court. The court generally will intervene with an order only if it considers the problem both "substantial" and "continuous."
