I am from a Sunni Muslim family. My Father had 5 sisters and 1 brother. My father and uncle both have died. and out of 5 sisters, 3 have died. .My uncle had already named his share of property to my father Currently the ancestral property is in the name of mine, my brother and my mother want to understand whether my fathers sisters or their kids have any legal rights to claim in the ancestral property.

A.Hey,
Under Sunni muslim law the distribution depends upon per capita of each legal heir after death of the owner of the property.
Your father's Sisters can claim right in the property.

A.Hey,
As per Hindu Succession Act, ancestral property is divided into all the living family member from father side till four generations. So if the property belonged to your grandfather than your father's sister has a share in the property. But if there is WILL then WILL stands in the law.
