How is alimony calculated? If you are unemployed. Living in a house gifted from your father. And living separately from your wife for 8 years. Have a child too....living with mother.

A.I will be calculated as per the basic financial need of the wife for at-least 20 years. Rest will depend on your case and the status of the wife

A.There is no such rule to calculate alimony. It depends upon facts and circumstances of each and every case. But husband is duty bound to maintain his wife and children.
