How to get Non availability of birth certificate from Telangana

I was born in Secunderabad area in 1954 but do not have a birth certificate. I now need the NABC to finish up some other paper work. How can i get the NABC from Telangana state.

You may approach concerned panchayath/ mandal and get such certificate if denied in writing then approach High court.

A.Hi,
The documents you will require are Aadhar card, any affidavit from parents or relatives, any address proof and if a legal proof like PAN card or driving license then even better. The NABC can be done at any CSC or a meeseva centre where you would have to apply in person but you can download the application form online.

A.Hi,
You can apply in person through the CSC/Meeseva Centre. You can download the application form online and submit it at the respective centre. The documents that you will require are Aadhar card, address proof documents like gas bill, and legal proof documents such as PAN card, voter card, driving license.

A.usually municipality office issues old birth certificates on basis of affidavit and some proof (education certificate etc).

A.Visit a the local municipal council where you reside and found out the procedure to get it. In most the state the procedure is to get the First Class Judicial Magistrate Affidavit done and then submit to the municipality with the form and application to get it.
