How can I legally sell first copy product in my e-commerce website? Is there any possible way to do ?

A.Hi,
Sale of feigned goods can attract S.29 of the Trademarks Act, for direct infringement of goods. You can be held liable to pay penalties amounting yo your whole profit.

A.how it can be legal to sell first/second/third or any copy product ?
even when 3rd party will sell copy products then also you will be in loop

A.Since first copy products are illegal hence you can not and by doing so you will be contravening multiple laws apart from the intellectual property laws of the the original companies for which you will land into problems hence advised not to do so.
