Consulting about Marriage.

I am from India, a hindu boy and the girl i love i from pakistan, a muslim girl. She want's to run away from her home to marry me, because her family will beat him if she told that she love someone from India. So please help us what we can do to marry each other and i can take her to the India.

A.First tell how and where you met ?
second, she have to come to India to marry you.
You can marry her in India until she is from honeytrapping gang.
You can do court marriage under special marriage act.
Else she have to change religion.
after marriage she will get Indian citizenship.

A.Hi,
She will have to come to India with all necessary documents and then stay for 30 days here and complete all the formalities specified under the Special Marriage Act of 1954 to get married to you.

If both sides agree, you can marry her in India. She will, however, be required to stay in India for at least 30 days. The procedure will be hard and time-consuming, but you will be able to marry according to the procedures provided under the Special Marriage Act of 1954. Additionally, if you and your partner desire to marry in a foreign nation, you can do so under the Foreign Marriage Act of 1969 and contact the Indian Embassy's Marriage Office.

A.There is no problem if she wants to marry you and you want to marry her but then the procedure is little complicated and she has to apply under the provisions of Special Marriage Act, 1954 if she can come to India or under the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 if you can go out of India and marry her somewhere else in any other country where our Consulate has established the Marriage office.
