We have ordered a customized wardrobe but manufacturer did not complete as per agreement. Later in required accessories changed and mutually agreed to make wardrobe with less consideration without document sign.
Now manufacturer again demanding excess money and full payment before delivery

A.Hi,
Please provide more information so that a relevant legal remedy can be pursued. Based on the restricted fats, it is recommended that you re-negotiate payment terms with the manufacturer and only agree to pay after double-checking the wardrobe, since he has already failed to honour a written agreement.

A.Hi,
It appears that you entered into an oral agreement with the manufacturer. Such agreements are difficult to establish in courts but we will need to analyze the full facts for deciding upon a remedy. Moreover, since you have not received the delivery yet, you can refuse to pay any money.

A.If you do not have proper documents to show what you ordered for what he charges he asked for then you can't fight it legally in consumer forum or court.
If he is not giving you want you wanted then take the delivery and then don't give what he wants. If he can't honour the oral agreement then you also do not.

A.Since there is no written document in respect of the same and you haven't specified the price of consideration which should not be much to file a case, I believe you can just check with the wardrobe person. If he makes the wardrobe as per what was agreed you can pay him. This is a matter of negotiation whether you want to pay before delivery. And so far you have not received the commodity so there is no question of defect or deficiency. Thank you.
