A.If the Flat is bought in the RERA regime, the Builder is liable to cure the structural default brought to his notice by the Purchaser within 5 years from the date of possession. Therefore, you need to first issue a legal notice to the Builder for fixing all the structural default, failing which, you may move RERA forum.

A.You have three options. First, file a civil suit for breach of contract on the basis of the sale deed/agreement to sell between you. Second, if the project is RERA registered, file a complaint in appropriate RERA. Third, file a consumer dispute before the consumer court for deficiency of service by the builder.

A.Dear Sir
You may get issue legal notice but it is better to take possession then start litigation.

A.Hi,
If you have persistent problems then you may consider sending your builder a legal notice for the fixation of the same. Alternatively you also have the option to take the dispute before a RERA court or a consumer court. The difference between those two are monetary in nature and depends on the amount involved in the dispute,

A.Hi,
You can try sending a legal notice to the builder first, asking him to fix all the issues. If there is no forthcoming reply then consider filing a suit before the consumer court or the RERA court as per your pecuniary limit.

A.Write builder to meet with issues and if not cared by builder then file consumer complaint. You can also rectify defects and issues from your expenses and can recover the same from builder.

A.The sale deed by virtue of which you bought the flat has a schedule part which clearly specifies the type of wirings and the list of materials to be used in wiring as well as other list of other materials provided. If the schedule is duly complied with then you have no other option. But in case the schedule is not duly complied with than you can take the course of law.

A.If your project is registered under RERA than you may file a complaint To RERA Authority, but you will require to issue legal notice to builder before that and see if he's ready to compensate the same in any other way or if he is ready to get all the work done now.
