From the honorable court i have received judgement in favour of me . Judgement awarding me the Title and possession of the family property . No appeal has been filed by defendant , and term to file an appeal has been ended.
So could i use the this decree for the mutation of the property. should i required registration of the court judgement or can i proceed with mutation of property .
Factual matrix of the case is , defendant and me have an registered agreement on the property sharing, however defendant not shown any presence to execute the deed for many times. hence i moved suit.

A.Yes. As the appeal period is over, you can get the property mutated on your name and get the registration department do the necessary entries in their records. The decree of civil court is enough for the mutation of the property. No need to register the court judgement copy.
