False FIR under section 147,323 of ipc
In 2018 there was a FIR filed against some group of students, in that fir my name was also included, but actually on that crime committed day I was in my home town (away from 450 kms) and I have gone to home due to dengue fever and I have an computerized blood report with time and date, then I wrote a letter to police that I was not there on the spot, then they told your name will be removed and said you can go home, now the complainant compromised with the accused parties, so police said “Referred and further action dropped “ but my name is still in that complaint, is that dangerous if I go to govt jobs and shall I mention it before board members, or can I challenge it In the court???sections involved 147,323 of ipc

It will not be problem for jobs.
You need not challenge it because it was already close by the police. You may take certified copy of closure report and keep it with you.

The issue with these kind of problems are that such records can show up in your PCC later. You might want to move the HC for quashing of the FIR altogether or file a suit u/S 482 CrPC before the court of SDM.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.
You can file a quash petition of the FIR as per S.482 CrPc before the magistrate's court or you may also consider filing a quash petition before the High Court.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

Still you should get in touch with with the police whenever you get time and get a kind of written letter or NOC or anything by submitting your evidence that you are not part of that complaint and your name is struck off.
