Sir में MP से हूँ मुझे यह जनना हैं की Professional examination board द्वारा (group 5 )2250 पद निकाल कर result वाले दिन उनकी संख्या घटा कर 1222 कर दी जाती हैं। अब मेडिकल college अपने स्तर पर वही vacancy निकाल रहे हैं।
Vacancy बढ़ाना या घटाना तो board का अधिकार हैं ,पर लगभग vacancy को आधा कर देना कहा तक उचित हैं !क्यूँकि student vacancy में पदों की संख्या देख कर apply करते हैं।
सर आप बताए इस मुद्दे को court ले जाया जा सकता हैं क्या ?

A.Hi,
You should file a writ petition with the HC because this decision looks to be arbitrary and discriminatory. The HC has previously looked into matters of similar nature.

Yes, you can file the writ petition for declaration of rest of result or merit List.
