actually my daughter exam of final semester was left due to highway jam now the board give the mercy chance to all diploma student to give an exam again in one or two subject in only ten selected subject but my daughter subject is not mention in the list of the board in the board allowed so please tell me that can we challenge this order in the court.

A.Yes, you can file a Writ Petition and claim your daughter's right to equality.
