GET RID OF DRUNKARD AND ABUSIVE FATHER WITHOUT LOSING PROPERTY GET RID OF DRUNKARD AND ABUSIVE FATHER WITHOUT LOSING PROPERTY

I am a 25 years old man. My father is a drunkard and a very very irresponsible person. He won't give his money for the family expenses I am the person who takes care of the family. All he does is eat, sleep, drink alcohol and use foul language and abuse my mother in every way possible, I am able to defend her as I am an adult now, but he is not changing his abusive behavior. My mother with her intelligence managed to build a house. The land was acquired by my grandfather in which the house was built. Now the land in which the house built was in the name of my father as my grandmother wrote on his name. How to change the transfer of the land into my name and get him rid of our lives?

A.Hi,
If the property is in your father's name then you will have to get the property transferred by him only. There is no alternative for transferring the property without him knowing him or without his consent.
