Freelancer Income from oversear

Hi,
I am a freelancer and my income is received from PayPal or other money transfer sites like wise.
the money received is a local transfer to me by paypal or wise.com.
Total income is less than 3 lakh a year.
Do i need to worry about filing income tax or having my business registered or pay gst?

A.Hi,
For the assessment year 2020-21, an individual's exemption ceiling is Rs 2.5 lakh. It is not necessary to file an income tax return if your gross total income does not exceed the basic exemption limit.
