Illegal use of degree certificates and registration

I am a doctor and i applied for an online consultation job.They signed me a contract and it was retainership mode with no fix salary.They didn't provide me a single case and using my certificate and profile to boost their platform and to show doctors on their platform.AND ABOVE THAT THEY PUT MY MEDICAL REGISTRATION ON GOOGLE..I CAN SEE IN GOOGLE IMAGES.anyone can misuse..even after texting CEO, no use

1) You can contact them to remove the photo.
2) If they didn't, you can send legal notice.
3) Even they didn't, you complain to police station. As a cyber crime.

You can file a civil suit for compensation for using your confidential information without your permission and breach of your contract. You can also file for fraud under IPC.

Hey,
You can draft a legal notice with help of an advocate against such an organization for misuse of your confidential information that you provided to them with trust. You can also file a civil suit for claiming compensation and fraud if they dont reply to legal notice.
