1. An arbitral award - you may either send a legal notice to the other party asking compliance or file an application before the court under Arbitration and Concilition Act for enforcement of the award.
2. Civil order/decree - you may file an application execution with the proper court.

A.What kind of award is this? You could have elaborated ab it more. Anyways if it arbitral award then ask the other party to act as per the award. IF you are calling the court order as award then wait for the the parties to act as per the award else you can file execution of case.
