A.Hi, u not mention about u r n and gf status married or not , Live-in relationships are legal in India however not at the cost of adultery.

A.Hi,
It is not very clear from your question whether you are married or not. In any case, you cannot stay with your lover unless you get a divorce from your existing spouse through S.13 HMA. Live-in relationships are legal in India however not at the cost of adultery.

A.Hi,
If you are already married or your girlfriend is, then it is not permissible through the eyes of the law. Although adultery is not a crime anymore, it still a ground for divorce. You can live with your girlfriend legally after you have divorced your existing spouse as per S.13 HMA.

A.When you say without divorce do you mean without divorcing your earlier spouses then it will be problematic as it will be considered criminal act.under the law, Section 494 and 495 of IPC.
