My friend took a loan from online loan badabro app and initial amount is 6000 and intital he used to pay but because of crisis he can't pay and they sent legal notice to all the contacts in phone and with initial amount now he had to repay 42k and they are harrising him a lot he is saying i can't deal he is depressed so I am helping him through this please say us what to do

This is an instance of internet fraud, and you should report it to the police. Furthermore, sending legal notices to people who are not involved in the loan is prohibited and will be considered harassment.

This is a case of fraud. Many such apps have been made illegal by the government. Harassing you as well as your contacts is illegal and you can file an FIR against them.
