Dear sir I resigned from Mnc company due to family health conserns and also due to hectic work culture in the company and abusive behaviour of my reporting manager . As i am unable to serve notice period because of my managers taunting behaviour and my family health conserns please suggest what to do . My reporting manager is lied to hr that I do not take his phone call and not serving notice period and sent absconding mail against me without asking and communication with me ,after this when I called my reporting manager for the reason why u sent absconding mail without asking me he didnot pick up my call and my regional manager also not pick up my call so please suggest what to do in this unclear condition.

A.Hi,
You should mention this in your formal resignation letter if you were compelled to leave the employment owing to poor working circumstances. Cite this as a cause for not serving the notice period as well, so you can justify your actions and defend yourself in the event of a legal dispute in the future.

A.Hi,
You should send a professional email outlining all of your reasons for resigning immediately and your inability to serve the notice period. If you quit the job because of poor working conditions and the atmosphere, you have legal options.
