Electric pole constructed in our land
What should we do if an electric pole placed by current office in our land without our permission? When we called AE to replace the pole, they are saying the land owner has to bare concern expenditures. Why we should pay as they placed current pole in our land without our permission? How can I get it replaced

A.Hi,
You have the right to file a mandatory injunction suit against the Department of Electricity, requesting that they remove poles installed on your private property without your permission or consent, as well as pay compensation for the mental and physical losses you have suffered as a result of their negligence.

A.Dear Sir,
Such rights are given to the Electrical department. It is better to pay and get remove otherwise you may not get any remedy. If no body allow to erect poles then the department cannot supply electricity to anybody.

You can send legal notice to the concern authorities through an advocate. If they didn't respond positively to your notice then you can file case against the electricity authorities. You can pray the court kindly order the electricity authorities to pay the expenses which was bared by you along with court fees and advocate fees also.
