Dear sir/ mam I need to buy a processor for my pc, so I decided to buy from Olx, then I found a seller on Olx , he showed me the processor and motherboard through video call that's why I trusted him and we ended up deal at 9000. He is from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and I am from Jaipur Rajasthan so I decided to give money after courier. He went to a courier shop and hand over the courier to the courier guy and shows me the proof through video call and send me the courier receipt so I send him 7100 in his father's bank account but after receiving the money he again went to the courier shop and take back the courier and then I asked what happened he told that now I don't want to sell the processor I will give your money back wait for 2 days I said ok. But after 2 days he told me that I am corona positive and can't go to the bank to transfer money, wait for another 14 days or until my recovery, so I don't force him to go to the bank in this situation but not it's been 23 days he hasn't send my money and he is also not picking my calls

A.This is a cyber fraud and cheating and cheating and what you have to do is to lodge a complain with the local police station and if possible with the cyber cell and also make the OLX as one of the party. Also. send lodge a complain against that person on OLX and get him blacklisted on OLX forever.

A.Hi,
It appears you had established a seller buyer relationship. Therefore, if it becomes clear that the seller is not going to voluntarily complete a contract, the buyer can apply to court for specific performance at the expiry of the period of the notice to complete. Also criminal offense like criminal breach of trust and fraud are also applicable.
