Approx two years before my neighbor have come to a proposal for starting a business for which my technical background and his operations expertise were needed. He told that he already have one registered company so let us start from that only. Based on trust I invested 2 lac starting and later on other amounts total 4.41 lac. Slowly once he get all documents soft copy he started ignoring me and always saying business is in loss. However from other sources I came to know that work is going well but neither he is sharing profit nor returning my money. Whenever I asked he hives next few dates only talk....

A.If you believed in orally everything and dont believe in documentation then you want to do legal documentations now ?

send a legal notice first if you dont want oral notice.

A.Hi,
Before filing a lawsuit for recovery, send a legal notice. Also, file a fraud and breach of trust complaint against him at the earliest since this is a civil as well as a criminal matter.

A.Hi,
This is a civil and criminal case. File a suit for recovery but send a legal notice before. Also file an FIR for fraud and breach of trust against him.
