Fraud in College fees Fraud in College fees

Sir,
I passed my 12th in 2015 and got admitted in SHRI RAM INSTITUTE, Jabalpur for four year Bachelor of Pharmacy course
In start of the session one middleman came to me and said you will be required to pay half fees if you pay through me. I doubted him but when he made the exam form of 1 st semester passed without me paying the fees i got into trap he has connections inside college. He takes money from students and dont pay to college but make the students give exam.
He has taken approx 1 lakh 30 thousand from me and not payed any amount to college and now college is refusing me my marksheets they say you have not payed any fees.
I am asking that man for my money but past 2 years he is making excuses . Somehow he has given me a check of 80000 which got bounced another day.
What can i do sir please help
Thank you

A.Hi,
File a FIR with the police against the person for fraud and cheating. You can also file for cheque bounce against the person. But the University may terminate your admission as you were involve in illegal act yourself.

A.Very sorry to say that you there is very little that you can do legally because if yo go to the college with the complaint the college will terminate you for wrong doings. If you go to the police for lodging a fraud complaint then even you will also be part of that you paid some one for doing an illegal work. So, you can better ignore it and just forget it and restart your life and career with fresh mind and effort.
Consider this gone.
