How can landlord will leave the tenant without paying the arrear due How can landlord will leave the tenant without paying the arrear due

The tenant has to pay arrear due in court they will say attach his properties after that selling the asset from him then also some due is there and now what court do. Since the law is saying this is not a cheating case .What law is this cheating financial is not cheating case then any body can cheat like this without paying due . As i am the landlord i am sure that how he will escape from without paying the money .Court has to arrest him for not paying the money. If the court has not given proper judgement then have to appeal that case again.

A.Dear client
Nonpayment of rent by tenant is comes under civil issue. Tenant will not escape from the court with out paying rent to you. If you feel that court may not give order in favour of you, you have a right to file an appeal in superior court after pronouncement of judgement in lower court.

A.Landlord and tenant matter be it cheating by nonpayment falls under civil in our legal system that is why most of the landlords take refundable security deposit from tenants before alloting the house worth around 30 thousand or so, so that if tenant doesn't pay or make default in house they can cut the amount from security deposit. However in your case if are not happy with the judgement you can appeal in the superior Court with in the limitation period if you feel it is worth your time.

A.Hi,
You can wait till the court makes arrangement to repay the sum owed to you by the tenant. If you feel your case has not been adjudged adequately then you may proceed t file an appeal before the high court.

A.Hi,
You can always resort to appealing to a higher court if you feel that you have been denied justice. But please keep in mind to not file an appeal after an inordinate delay otherwise it might be time-barred.

A.If there is no proper judgement as per you then you have the option to appeal to nest higher court. Please consult with the lawyer who was handling your present case and ask him about the appeal or reach out to some other lawyer who can handle appeal in the same case.
