Neighbour did grooving in common wall | Noisy Neighbour

There are new neighbours in our residence who have made grooving in our common wall, that is, they have made a kitchen on our common wall, and we are presuming they have used a portion of our common wall to insert their slab into our wall. Now, the issue is that the tenants living their are making significant noise of using kitchen appliances, mortal pestle, late at night till even 11.30 PM.
Can a neighbour make changes in our common wall that we constructed? They have not taken NOC from us, but gave us the value money. Further, they (owner + tenants )are not adhering to our adhering to our multiple and kind requests to not make noise or to readjust their kitchem.
Pls suggest a solution. We are facing huge problems due to the kitchen noise and not able to sleep at night.
Your neighbors are causing nuisance and you can file a case to get the appropriate remedy.

You can move the court to get the appropriate relief under the law of tort.
