At his shop he told that the problem was solved but it didnt so next day we realized that it was not the battery problem we went to him and told him that you cheated me our battery was good . he is not taking his battery and didnt refunding my money. i had repaired my laptop from another store now at 700 only he told us that your charge wasnt good .so know i want to take a legal action on the shopkeeper who cheated

A.If you have got the receipt for the service taken by the shopkeeper then you can move the consumer forum for faulty services and get some relief from the forum otherwise it will be a futile exercise.

A.Send a legal notice to the shopkeeper.
If he settles it then fine.
If not, approach the appropriate consumer forum and fight it out.
Thanks.

A.Hi,
Before going to the consumer court, you should try sending a legal notice to the shopkeeper first. In the event that he still does not pay, you can move the court for a deficiency in services offered.

A.Hi,
You can try sending a legal notice to the shopkeeper first. If he doesn't refund your money then consider filing a suit before the consumer forum against him for the recovery of money.
