CENTRAL OBC-NCL CERTIFICATE MAKING THROUGH OTHER STATE

My birth place is Maharashtra and I belong to obc(leva paridar) category in Maharashtra but i live in Gujarat for last 15 years but my grandfather live in Maharashtra. I have OBC-NCL (leve patidar) certificate of Maharashtra. So how to make Central OBC-NCL certificate?

A.If your caste in the list of central list of OBC then you can apply online for the central OBC certificate otherwise as per the procedure the caste certificate is issued by the state authorities.
