A.The good news is just two days ago the govt has issued notification through Irdai after the delhi high court asked insurance companies to settle all covid claims within an hour of discharge. if in your case you have all the proof of the transfer you have made to the hospital then ask them through a legal notice to refund the excess amount after deducting the amount for which they have provided you receipt else provide you receipt of the full amount transferred. In case the hospital do not comply file a case before the consumer forum for excessive charges and cheating.

A.Dear Concerned,
You firstly write a request application to the Hospital management and demand your required documents of treatments conducted thereat. If fails , then issue a legal notice to the management fir the same through Advocate. And if , finally avoiding the same then file a case of harassment, Cheating. You can also move to Consumer court.
Thanks

A.hi
the hospital cannot deny you to give the receipts as it your right to collect them. in case if they are doing so, you must approach the consumer redressal forum and file a complaint against them and also to the Cheif Medical Officer of the area. Also send them a legal notice demanding to provide you all the receipts for the treatment and informing them in case if they are not able to provide it you'll approach consumer court and sue them.
Thanks

A.Hi,
Prior to filing any suit, send the hospital management a notice first to produce the bills and receipts. Then you can proceed to file a suit before the consumer court of your jurisdiction for a deficiency in services offered by the hospital.

A.Hi,
The medical profession has been included as services under the Consumer Protection Act 1986, therefore you can file a case before the consumer court of your jurisdiction. However, consider sending a legal notice to the hospital first citing the right to transparent charges.

A.hello Sir/Ma'am
First of all it is your right to collect the receipts for the services you have availed and it is their duty to give you that. But in case if the Hospital is not ready to give you the receipts for treatment you must send them a legal notice demanding that and also After the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2011, failure to issue a receipt or a cash memo, is an unfair trade practice. For such kind of activity, one can file a complaint to the nearest police station and also to the consumer redressal forum against unfair practice.
Thank you
Kindly please reate.

A.Send them a legal notice asking them to share the receipts and all the details. If they do so fine, otherwise file a case against them in a consumer court and also seen compensation for the same.
