Purchase of house property

I am single parrent, i have 11 years old doughter, i want to purchase house property in the joint name, me and she, is it frightful, is there complications? What Precoution i have to do?

A.You can surely purchase property in name of both of you. As you are the guardian of minor, you will also have to sign on her behalf

A.You can buy property jointly with your minor daughter. You will sign/execute deeds for her as her guardian. Also you will sign for yourself. That means, you will sign twice in that agreement. One for self and another for your minor daughter.

A.You can definitely purchase the property in her name also so she will entitled to 50% share on that specific property .
