Thank you, Anik. But I'm not the owner of his house. We have already communicated to their Owner many times but he is not taking any action and he stays out of Bangalore. We are daily facing one or another issue.

A.Hi,
You should get in touch with the owner because he is the one who can solve your problem at this time regarding the eviction. However, if you need further assistance there are other ways such as a nuisance suit for sure. Feel free to reach out.
Thank you.

A.Then in that case the other two tenants should decide together and let the owner know that either he has to take a decision you both can move out of that place. That will make the land lord suffer too as it is not that easy to get tenants at this time of pandemic. Let him know that and may be wisdom shall prevail upon him.

A.In case you are not the owner of the house, there isn't much legally which you can do legally to get them evicted. At most you can file a complaint for nuisance. However, based on the facts that you have shared, them being Muslim or being non-vegetarians are not sufficient enough grounds to bring a claim of nuisance.
