A.Yadi defendant notice service hone ke baad bhi koi answers nhi deta hai. Tab court uske khilaf expartee order parit kar sakti h. Or case ko expartee decided kar sakta hai.

A.Case is decided exparte if inspite of service respondent does not appear in the case. If respondent does not respond to the notice despite service of notice then right to file reply is struck of by court and case is heard on merit. Though in such case respondent can join hearing and can argue on technical grounds only.

A.Hi there,
If the case is taken back by the individual pursuing it, there are several options for resolving it, including having the case disposed of ex-parte by a court of law. This is also dependent on the petition's type.
Thank you.

A.If the respondent is not responding then the court will hear the petition ex-parte, if the notice has been duly served upon the respondent, and pass the judgment as required.

A.Hi,
There are a number of ways of disposing of a case if the case is taken back by the person pursuing the case or can be disposed of ex-parte by the court of law. This also depends on the nature of the petition.
Thank you.
