2 months befor my bike was stolen.I file a case in Police station.Now bike was recovered .what is the next process I have to do

A.Hi,
Not that your bike has bee recovered, it should still be in police custody. You have to move the lower court for an order of release of the vehicle by submitting document proof such as insurance, registration number alongwith the original police complaint.

A.Get the bike released from the Police station after moving an application in the court and the you will be able to use your bike. Take the help of a local lawyer from the place where the police station is located.

A.Hi,
You have to first show the FIR copy and then accordingly file an application in the court for the release of the vehicle. On the order day, you may have to show all the relevant documents to satisfy the onus.

A.Aap ko court se apni gaadi ko release karane ke liye application move karni hogi. Court aap ki application par order pass karegi. Chunki aap ki motor cycle ab case property h.
