Can a accused person in judicial custody be granted Interim bail on the Grounds to pay off his children's school fees..???
If so, then please share the Judgement....

A.No. Only parole can be given on the ground of exigencies like death of a family member, marriage etc.

A.I think its a very weak ground to take interim bail. As there are lot of persons in family to pay off the fees of his children
