A.Dear
In Muslim law there is no special Act for divorce. You have to give talak notice to your wife in written. There must be one month time in between talak to talak. After one month from the first talak you can give 2nd talak notice. After one month from the 2nd talak you can give 3rd talak notice. After 3rd talak notice you shall wait for 2months period after you can approach court by filing case for declaration of talak.
If you satisfied with my answer rate me.

A.Hi,
According to the Shia law, you can pronounce the separation orally and according to the sunni law, it maybe in oral or in writing. However you have to get a court decree to make it valid before the eyes of law.

A.Since instant triple talaq has been banned so, you can divorce her by following the due legal process of Muslim personal law of Talaq-e-Ehsan and divorce her properly. Seek the guidance of your seniors and elders in the matter.

A.In case you have not married under the special marriage act 1925 then you can easily give divorce to your wife provided you do not do instant triple talak which is forbidden by law.
