A.Hi,
You may have fallen prey to a data entry fraud company. These kinds of companies are usually rampant in cheating individuals by offering them jobs. You may consider filing an FIR against them under the pretext of defrauding and criminal breach of trust u/s 415 & 406 IPC.
If you find my answer helpful then kindly rate me.

A.These data entry fraud cases are done by those companies which are fake and and they themselves are fraud and harass simple and common boys and girls from villages and small towns. You must know how to save yourself from these type of fraudsters and protect yourself.
First of whenever you get a job offer of these kind from an unknown company to do data entry do not accept that job as mostly they are fake jobs.
Secondly before accepting ask them to send a job offer letter and the company profile and website.
Ask them to send the company GST no. PAN no. CIN no and check the same online whether they are valid or not of they are not valid then just ignore and do not go ahead.
If suppose they threaten you then tell that you are going to file a police complaint and lodge an FIR against the data entry fraud company and then hopefully they should stop harassing you.
Never ever pay them any money whatever happens.

A.Hi,
If the company is trying to extort money from you, then you may lodge a police complaint u/S 415 IPC. These companies usually are involved in employment scams. You can confront them and ask them to show material proof of such complaint or SI's contact details.

A.First do not worry or get panic. Do NOT pay anything to the company without getting all the documents vetted by a lawyer. It can be a genuine or a fraud so thread with caution,
