I put my resignation to my employer for an early release by deducting my salary lieu in against the notice period as per company separation policy, but my employer is not accepting my resignation and not reliving me and asking to serve the notice period. Kindly advice to proceed further.
A.If you are not in hurry to join anywhere then serve the notice period otherwise you quit and go. You don;t have much choices.

A.Hey,
Generally in employment agreement reduction of the notice period is not allowed. So if it is not mentioned in your agreement you signed at the time of starting the job then its your obligation to complete your notice period. If you have some untaken holidays by you then you use them to reduce your notice using them.
