Elder sister force fully claim for 10 cubits place in House site so what to do

A.Hey,
To advice you to full of my capability i would require more information about the property in question. Laws are different for ancestral and self acquired property. If ancestral property then your elder sister has right to claim share in the property.

A.Hey,
Claim on the property depends on if property is ancestral or self acquired by your parents. Share of your sister depends upon number of member in your family if it ancestral. Your sister has no right in self acquired property of your parents unless they are dead and there is no will.
