प्रिय मैडम/महोदय,
मैं आपसे कानूनी सलाह लेना चाहूंगा कि मेरी बहन (उम्र 26 साल ) की दूसरी शादी भागचंद मीना (उम्र 27 साल ) (उनकी भी दूसरी शादी ) सन 2018 में हुईl एक साल तक तो सब कुछ ठीक ठाक रहा परन्तु एक साल बाद ससुराल वाले (ससुर और ननद ) मेरी बहन को परेशान करने लगे और कहने लगे कि तुम्हारे पिताजी ने तुम को कुछ भी नही दिया और तुम तो बाँझ हो इस प्रकार कि गंदी गंदी गालीया देने लगे और कहने लगे की हम तो हमारे बेटे/भाई का तीसरी बार शादी करेंगे, तुम्हारा यहाँ कुछ भी नही ह और उनको घर से निकल जाने के लिया बाध्य किया जा रहा ह और लगभग 03 साल से मेरी सिस्टर परेशान हl अब एक साल से सिस्टर ने ससुराल आना जाना कम कर दिया ह क्योकि जब वहा जाते ह तब उनको खाना नही बनाने दिया जाता और यदि खाना बना भी लिया हो तो उनका बनाया हुआ खाना कोई नही खाता l वहा कोई उनका सम्मान नही करता उनके साथ अछूत जेसा व्यव्हार करते ह और समाज/गावं में नकारात्मक माहोल बना रखा की ये तो बाँझ ह हम इसको नही रख सकते (जीजा जी और सिस्टर को आपस में बात किये हुए 02 साल हो गये क्योकि ससुर और ननद नही चाहते की मिलजुल कर रहे ) इसलिय अब परेशान हो कर हमारे साथ ही रहती हl
हमारे गाव वालो ने (ससुराल वालो) को समझा ने की कोशिश भी की परन्तु ससुराल वाले यही बोल रहे ह क हम तो तीसरी शादी करेंगे तुमको जो करना ह कर लो l हमने अभी तक पुलिस में कंप्लेंट नही किया क्योकि वो पोलिटिकल लिंक रखते ह इसलिय कही बात और बिगड़ नही जायेl
अब आप मुझे सुझाव दे की हम क्या करे और क्या नहीl

Yadi aap ye nhi karte tab aap unke virudh Indian penal code ki section 498A ke antargat and section 4 dowry act ke antargat case file kar sakte hai.
Iske atirikt domestic violence ke antargat case file kar sakte hai.
Aap maintenance ke liye bhi jaa sakte hai.
Ye remedy available hai aap ke pass.
Yadi satisfied ho tab rate jarror kare.
दांपत्य अधिकारों का प्रतिस्थापन --धारा 9 हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम।
धारा 9. दांपत्य अधिकारों का प्रतिस्थापन --
जबकि या पत्नी ने अपने को दूसरे के साहचर्य से किसी युक्तियुक्त प्रति हेतु के बिना प्रत्याहत कर लिया हो तब व्यथित पक्षकार दांपत्य अधिकारों के प्रत्यास्थापन के लिए जिला न्यायालय में अर्जी द्वारा आवेदन कर सकेगा और न्यायालय की अर्जी में किए गए कथनों के सत्य के बारे में इस बात के बारे में कि इसके लिए कोई वैद्य आधार नहीं है की आवेदन मंजूर क्यों न कर लिया जाए अपना समाधान हो जाने पर दांपत्य अधिकारों का प्रत्यास्थपन डिक्री कर सकेगा।
Section 9 in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
9 Restitution of conjugal rights. 7 [***] When either the husband or the wife has, without reasonable excuse, withdrawn from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may apply, by petition to the district court, for restitution of conjugal rights and the court, on being satisfied of the truth of the statements made in such petition and that there is no legal ground why the application should not be granted, may decree restitution of conjugal rights accordingly. 8 [ Explanation. Where a question arises whether there has been reasonable excuse for withdrawal from the society, the burden of proving reasonable excuse shall be on the person who has withdrawn from the society.] 9 [***]
You can register an online complaint at the National Commission for Women's official website. As per your narration, it is evident that your sister has been victimized by acts of domestic violence and will have the right to obtain services and assistance of police officers, protection officers, service providers, shelter himes and medical establishments as well as right to fie her own complaint u/S 498-A of IPC.

You can unhesitatingly file a complaint u/S 498-A of IPC. Additionally you can reach out to your district' s Protection Officer as per the Domestic Violence Act. Alternatively, you can contact the helpline numbers for women in distress of your State.
