Society major repair is going on...all flats grill has been changed with new one..in my society 20 shops are there..so..the grill charges should be paid by individual flat, or society
A.These decisions are to be taken by the society during the AGM meetings and keeping the total cost involved in the whole work. Ultimately it is for the benefit of the resident and society is formed by the contribution coming from the residents so, collectively you all need to take decision on that.

If there has been any kind of dispute then you can refer it to your State's consumer dispute resolution commission. If you are in consultation stage, then you can refer them this proposal through a notification.

A.Hi,
If your society has any registered owner's association then you can consult with them. Accordingly you may adjust the amount from the maintenance charges paid by them.
