Management changes some hours members w/off with out union leader discussions
Our agreement pending in labour court back three years
A.As the matter is subjudice hence they cannot make or amend any rule unless the order/award is made. You straight way make a representation to the Labour Commissioner against the Employer and if need be file a case of contempt too.

A.Hi,
You can raise this issue through your union with the management. Otherwise, you can escalate the issue with the intervention of the district labour commissioner. Or else, you can file writ petition in the High Court.
