In 2001 My parents sold constructed proprty 378 sq ft & infront of that 10×10 ft is vacant space &in front of vacant space 770 sq ft RCC structure. In RCC stru. opp. party make walls and use it as shop without any permission they use it from 2001 - till now. We are under 18 at that time. the property owner of RCC str.is my father & mother still the opp. party never leave that property. What can I do in that case? We gave him notice.We took help of police bt we couldnt do anything till now. We are not financially strong without any civil matter only i want to register complaint againt that party. How can i do it plz tell me

A.Attach Police complaint and the report made by the Police and file a suit to the Land Tribunal of your Jurisdiction.

A.File civil suit against trespassers to remove them from your property. Contact an Advocate in your city/town.
