A.Hi,
There are a variety of ways to divorce your legally married wife, depending on your religion and the laws that governs your marriage. It is recommended that you get legal advice from a local attorney who can assist you with the divorce procedure. Finally, in the event of majors, the consent of your parents is not necessary; just the approval of the person involved in the divorce procedure is necessary.
Thank you

A.You may file a case of divorce as one year of marriage has elapsed but then you have to show a very strong reason and prove that your consent was forcibly obtained which might be a tough task to prove in the court of law.
