FIR against me in hyderabad under Section 354d, 506 & 67A

Someone had lodged FIR in Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad under section 506, 354d & 67A. I have never met this person in physical and i met her online. Now Police In Charge is calling me and telling me to come to Alwal. I asked for summon and FIR details & contents but he is not sharing the same. Can i have to go there to give statement or can i give statement in my delhi jurisdiction. Is there any such provision? Also can they directly come to delhi and take me in their custody and take me to hyderabad
A.First of all hire a lawyer in Hyderabad to handle your matter with the local police. Secondly apply for transit anticipatory bail in Delhi so that you donot get arrested while travelling to Hyderabad. Thirdly speak to Police Officers in Hyderabad and tell them that you are ready to cooperate with the investigation.

If such FIR is registered then it will be available in the jurisdictional magistrate court and your online advocate at Alvar may get a copy of it and apply for anticipatory bail. You cannot ask transfer of that case to Delhi. There is apprehension of arrest if you do not apply for anticipatory bail and get it.

A.Apply for Anticipatory transit bail in ur city & u can hire a lawyer in Hyderabad for finding the case details. A slightly expensive process but u will have to do it incase u don't want to get arrested.

A.They're supposed to provide you with copy of FIR as per the law, ask for the copy either vide email or WhatsApp. You may apply for anticipatory bail in your place to avoid arrest. Anyhow hire a lawyer in Hyderabad to look into your case at regular intervals.

A.Hello, you have the option of appointing someone to represent you at the Alwal police station, such as a lawyer. You must, however, respond to the summons, or they may pursue legal action against you.

A.You can depute your lawyer who can inquire the details of case at Hyderabad so as to draw strategy. Police can come to Delhi after reporting to local police and with the help if local police can make arrest. Apply for anticipatory transit bail in Delhi so that to avoid arrest you can later apply in Hyderabad court.
