Sir, a big electricity tower has been erected in my farm. The erection of that tower has caused great damage to my farm. There were many types of trees like my citrus tree, teak, mango and neem. The company has cut down all those trees. I was told that you would get all the compensation but so far I have not been paid. The company has gone bankrupt without paying their employees but some are refusing to pay me. I have been given an ek quotation. I have been given a pink receipt on 11/2/2013. Please guide me about this.

You will have to send them a legal notice asking them to pay up the compensation amount, if they do not pay, then you will have to file recovery suit.

A.Hi,
First send the company a legal notice. If they dont pay the amount, then you will have to file for recovery of money suit in the civil court.

A.Aap power grid corporation ke liye legal notice bheje. Yadi aapko tab bhi compensation nhi milta hai. Tab aap uske virudh recovery suit file court me kare.
