Multilevel Marketing | Refund Money

I and my friend joined a multilevel marketing company in November 2020. We purchased few products worth Rs 3500 and we get distributer licences from the company. They didn't deliver any single product till now (June 2021) and neither we get any profit from the company. We ask to refund our money but they are not responding and denying it. We're students from Engineering college and very dipressed right now. What actions we can take against them ?

A.See multilevel marketing (MLM) is not legal unless they are selling a product or service. So, if they have not given you any service or product then most likely they are not doing a legal business and and you probably are part of an illegal channel. Now what you can do is that you can send them a legal notice and recover your money.

A.Also still if you wish to proceed legally you may file a case in the district consumer Court of your area for deficiency of services and claim compensation for which you will require to issue legal notice to the Company and if they do not reply within 15 days or do not comply with your terms put in the notice you can file consumer case against the organization but note that even though consumer Court litigation is least expensive and party can represent its own self but still it would take some time to reach its Judgment stage and considering you both are engineering students you have studies and much better prospects ahead so consider all these factors and take your call. A.Hi,
Beware of these MLM companies, generally these companies are fraud, they offer you with commission on selling there products. So there are high chances that you have been fruaded by the companie. Instantly file report it in the Cyber cell of police and register a FIR and get the copy of the same.

A.Aap legal notice send kare. Or yadi legal notice ke baad vo aap ko money ya goods nhi dete hai. Tab aap court ka rasta kar sakte hai.

A.You may sue them for fraud and cheating but the question here is whether for Rs 3500/- you would really want to sue someone and proving such case would take time and even money. Rather take follow up from the Company in polite manner for some more time and if not replied than move on and next time be careful before indulging in any such thing. Thank you.

There are very high chances that company has done fraud to you and your friends. These Multi level marketing companies are scam in order to gain customer they bait you with offers and earnings. You could file a fir against them in the nearest Police Station and also cyber branch.
