Criminal cases against Pvt school Teacher

Me and my wife is having several family litigations pending. Also one case against her and cousin brother who is CA. My wife is a teacher in a pvt school but getting a govt. pay scale and her cousin brother is CA. Both are accused in criminal case filed by me and on bail, for hacking and making changes in my online income tax account.
If i complaint or inform the school about her illegal activity then does it make any loss to me in u/s 125 or u/s 24 and 26 case?
If both accused get acquittal then could they file defamation case against me.
A.Once you have filed a criminal case then you should let the govt. agencies do the job and keep supporting them as and when required. You should refrain from doing anything out of curiosity and enthusiasm as that might weaken the case or things might go int her favour or even against you.
Secondly, unless the judgement is done an accused is not a criminal hence you may be called for defamation. So better not do this.
