Real estate Real estate

I booked two plots on the name of my mother and sister few years back on emi basis. ( Pass book and emi recepits are all on their names) After paying all emis, the real estate company didn't registered the plots we booked stating that the farmer from which the company made deal had not accepted their offer and the land not handed over to the company. The company has offered to register the plots which are far away from the place we intend to purchase and also not much demanded area. We accepted to take the plots the company offered and the company took my signature photos aadhar etc. But again the cheated us by registering some other plots( which are even worthless) other than what they promised without our knowledge or acceptance. Registration done on my name., Plots actually booked on my mother and sister name. No kind of authorisation letter given by my mother or sister to register the plots on my name. How to teach the company a lesson and also cover my loss
