26AS & Form 16 both has wrong income 26AS & Form 16 both has wrong income

For the FY 20-21,In my 26AS & Form 16 has wrong income credits. My salary is 58K per month so annual is 696,000. But in 26AS & Form 16 has 870,000/-. Its because the 26AS7 Form 16 has the wrong salary credit(some moths has 2 time salary credit). Could please help me to resolve this, I received "No demand No return" from ITR. pls help. my company deduct more amount from my salary. please help

A.Hi,
The ITR department might not be able to help you much but your company's management certainly can, U/S 271J of the IT act, ay auditor who has made a mistake while filling accounting report can be penalized. It might just be a case of wrong income which could be adjusted by a simple query.

A.Hi,
As per your narration, it might be the case that the company's accountancy team might have credited wrong income in your tab. You can ask the management to correct it and accordingly your TDS shall be adjusted.

A.You need to write to your company about wrong credits and they need to rectify it and issue a new Form 16 to you. Post that you can file your return.
