A.Take pictures where the plastic is clearly visible. Also place a national newspaper of the date on which you found the biscuit behind the biscuit and click pictures for evidence purposes.
First send them a legal notice for compensation on grounds of deficiency of services. If they do not reply or take action, you can file a consumer case with the district consumer forum. These type of cases are quite common and the district forum after inquiry gives sufficient compensation.
Keep the biscuit preserved as the forum may direct scientific investigation, if you do decide to file a consumer case.

A.Aap biscuit ko safe rakhe.
Legal notice send kare.
Yadi notice ka reply nhi aata hai.
Aap court me jaa sakte hai.
Consumer forum me negligence ko rakhte hue case file kar sakte hai.
Kyonki aap biscuit company ke upbhokta hai.
Isliye case fouram me file kar sakte hai.

A.Make a video of the product and take snaps too and then send them a copy asking them for explanation. Wait for their reply and then take legal action accordingly.
